Emily House

My name is Emily House and I'm the director of Priority Conveyancing. With over 8 years of experience in the conveyancing industry, I have a deep understanding of property law and a passion for helping my clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling property.

I hold an Associate Degree in Law - majoring in Conveyancing, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional service to my clients. As a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, I stay up-to-date on the latest industry practices, ensuring that my clients receive the highest level of expertise and professionalism.

  • But it's not just my education and experience that sets me apart - it's my commitment to building strong relationships with my clients. I believe that effective communication is key to a successful conveyancing transaction, which is why I make it a priority to keep my clients informed every step of the way. I understand that buying or selling a property can be a stressful and emotional experience, and I strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

    In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my young family and exploring new experiences. I believe that having a work-life balance is important, and it allows me to bring a fresh perspective to my work and better serve my clients.

Jacinda Shears

Hi! I’m Jacinda Shears, Licensed Conveyancer. 

I have spent the last 8 years working in different areas of law, such as, Family Law, Estate Planning, Deceased Estates and Property Law.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve been dedicated to improving my skills in property law, and in 2023, I completed my Licensed Conveyancing course at Macquarie University.

I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the complexities of property transactions with ease and confidence.

  • My goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible, ensuring that every step is clear and straightforward. I pride myself on being approachable, reliable, and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for my clients.

    When I’m not working, I enjoy spending weekends with my family and friends enjoying quality time and making memories.

I have spent the last 6 years specialising in Conveyancing as a Licensed Conveyancer. I have a passion for Conveyancing and helping clients navigate the complexities of property transactions.

I bring a wealth of knowledge & precision to every matter, ensuring seamless and efficient outcomes for clients. I hold an Associate Degree in Law majoring in Conveyancing and take pride in keeping up to date with legislation.

Hello! I’m Kayla, Conveyancing Assistant to Emily and Jacinda. With over 12 years of experience in administration and customer service I’m passionate about helping people navigate the property transfer process with ease. I’m currently studying to obtain my conveyancing license and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside and learn from the incredible team at Priority Conveyancing.

Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in delivering exceptional customer service while working efficiently in fast-paced environments. I thrive on providing clear communication, attention to detail, and ensuring clients’ needs are met in every interaction.

  • Outside of work, my two young boys and I enjoy soaking up all the Central Coast has to offer. Whether it be the beach, participating in local sports or getting out in nature.

Samara Ross

Hi, I’m Samara! I’m an energetic and positive individual with a passion for business and administration. I’m often described as reliable, bubbly and driven as I take pride in my approach to everything I do with a positive attitude and a smile. As I begin my journey in administration, I’m focused on learning, growing, and offering the best support I can to my team. I hold a Bachelor of Business and am excited to apply my knowledge while continuing to expand my skills. I love working in team environments and excited to contribute and grow alongside the team at Priority Conveyancing.

  • Beyond the workplace, I cherish weekends at my family’s riverfront property on the Hawkesbury River, where I enjoy water skiing end relaxing with friends, family, and my dachshund (Flossy).
